Location & Description:
The project is on a hillock with an area of 120,000 m2 overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, in the Marina-Alamein area, 100 km west of Alexandria, on the North Coast of Egypt. The 3 phase development includes 49 buildings housing almost 1,000 chalets of 110 m2, a 150 room 5 star Hotel and about 9,000m2 of commercial space in addition to swimming pools, landscaped gardens, sewage treatment plant and services.
Project Status
- Phase 1 (Buildings) 95% complete and delivered.
- Phase 2 (Hotel) 20% complete.
- Phase 3 (Commercial) 95% complete.
- Delivery of units to clients started 2010.
